A permanent art display at Toronto’s ICE condominium development was unveiled last week by building partners Lanterra Developments and Cadillac Fairview.

Adjacent to the condos' courtyard at 12-14 York is “Dream House,” a 3D home image created by artists Vong Phaophanit and Claire Oboussier. The two-part “Next Exit/Local Traffic,” by Toronto-based artist David Trautrimas, integrates elements of the local area and traffic flow.

ICE condominiums consist of two towers of 67 and 57 storeys in the heart of Toronto’s Harbourfront and Southcore Financial Centre.
