Allied Properties REIT To Buy ZoomerPlex In Liberty Village

Allied Properties REIT has reached a deal to acquire 30, 64 and 70 Jefferson Ave in Liberty Village, aka ZoomerPlex, for $31M. The property, a 79k SF multimedia, production and live event complex on 2.6 acres between Jefferson and Pardee avenues, houses Moses Znaimer’s MZTV Museum of Television, featuring the world’s largest collection of vintage TV sets. “This is a good, stabilized infill acquisition with long-term intensification potential,” said Allied president and CEO Michael Emory, noting the complex is close to Allied’s other three Liberty Village properties: The Castle, 32 Atlantic Ave and 47 Jefferson.
