Colliers International sold Banner Place at 12660 and 12770 Coit Road in Dallas. The 12-story, 286K SF office towers were 70% leased when sold. Colliers’ Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd represented the seller, Gaedeke Group. Mark Jordan of JP Realty Partners purchased the property. This is the second property JP Realty Partners bought in Park Central. They purchased North Central Plaza III in 2012.

Walsh, a new 7,200-acre neighborhood under development by Republic Property Group in Fort Worth, Texas, will be the first community in the U.S. to be built from the ground up around a dedicated makerspace.

The collaborative workspace will have public access to tools and training in manufacturing for children and adults. The Makerspace at Walsh will debut with a woodshop, computer design software and 3D printers, laser cutters, robotics and an electronics lab.

Stan Johnson Company completed the sale of the Midtown Medical Office Building, a 57k SF, multi-tenant medical office building at 900 Jerome St in Fort Worth to Roque Properties for $19M.
Toby Scrivner, Jeff Matulis, Grant Wilkins and Colin Cornell of the Healthcare Net Lease Group of Stan Johnson Company repped the seller, Ridgeline Capital Partners. Stan Johnson Company also repped the buyer in the transaction.
After a bidding war between an institutional buyer and a 1031 investor, the team achieved a sales cap rate that exceeded pricing expectations and beat the market by 75 to 100 bps.
