Crystal City is getting a new office space to house its entrepreneurs and high-growth companies.
Area public officials and real estate professionals got a sneak peek of the latest accelspace project, AP2 Spec Suites. The project, which anticipates delivery of its first five suites designed by CORE architecture + design in November, is located at 2611 Jefferson Davis Highway in Crystal City.
The brainchild of Gould Property Co., accelspace provides pre-built, creative office suites designed to serve dynamic young companies that have outgrown coworking spaces. The office provider's first location, 1725 DeSales Tech Suites, was launched in downtown Washington, D.C., in 2017 and is currently fully leased.

Created by accelspace, the location offers move-in-ready suites sized at between 2K SF and 3,300 SF and is best suited for teams of 15 to 45 employees. Tenants can get virtually immediate access to the space without long-term lease negotiations and flexibility for terms less than three years.
All tenants at AP2 Spec Suites will have access to an amenities package that includes an indoor pool, a sauna, massage rooms, a fitness center, meeting spaces, yoga rooms, a Zen garden and long-term airport parking. These amenities are offered as part of a larger technology campus developed and managed by Konterra Realty.
The product arrives amid renewed interest in Crystal City’s commercial office offerings, especially for growth companies, nonprofits and associations looking for the access and amenities of downtown D.C. at a lower price point.
