Colorado Federal Savings Bank recently funded a $2M spec construction loan in Echo Park. Originally acquired in 2012, the land has since been subdivided into six single-family lots, and the bank’s loan provides construction financing for Marc Homes to complete a sizable new loft project. When finished, the new development will consist of six buildings, each four stories tall with units starting at 1,600 SF. Colorado Federal Savings Bank is a federally chartered savings association formed in 1990, with $1.5B in total assets. In addition to consumer banking, it provides construction and development financing to homebuilders nationwide. Colorado Federal Savings Bank is an Equal Housing Lender and Member FDIC.
