Johnson Development Announces New Houston Community

The Johnson Development Corp continues its Houston expansion with the announcement of another active development, Jordan Ranch. With more than 1,300 acres, the community is one mile south of I-10 near the Grand Parkway and will have more than 2,800 homes when complete. Pricing is estimated to be from the low $300k's when pre-sales begin in the first quarter of 2016. Nearly 500 properties are expected to be available in the development’s first phase. The master plan also calls for retail, an on-site elementary school, parks and other amenities.
