Consider using a modular approach for building systems (ceiling, lighting, power/data) and a kit of parts approach for furniture. Heather says a large part of this strategic approach is to look at the company’s overall business challenges and understand where they are today and where they want to go in the future. An organization’s thoughtful investment in its future work environment can be a highly effective tool to connect and engage its people.
