Public Properties, which specializes in government real estate transactions and related services, has been awarded a contract for leasing support services from the GSA Public Building Service. The contract covers 13 Southern states; by the end of this year, Public Properties will open offices in Atlanta and Dallas to service this new relationship (its current offices are in DC and New Orleans). The firm has also completed federal real estate transactions throughout the southern US for national clients such as the Department of Veterans Affairs and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Public Properties senior management has successfully completed over 5M SF of leasing assignments with a total lease value of approximately $1B.
