Fidelis Maps Out A DFW Empire

Fidelis Realty Partners, a Texas-based owner, developer and manager of retail real estate, opened a DFW office in June 2014 and has since acquired over 500k SF of retail space and 93 acres of development land. In September 2014, Fidelis closed on Eldorado Marketplace in Frisco, a 163k SF grocery-anchored shopping center on the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. The acquisition included 26 acres of adjacent land that will be developed as a second phase of the shopping center. This was followed in November 2014 by the purchase of the Market East Shopping Center on Town East Boulevard in Mesquite. The 348k SF center also included 12 acres that will be developed for additional retail tenants. Most recently, in May 2015, Fidelis acquired 55 acres on SH 114 in Southlake that will be rolled into a mixed-use development. Fidelis is headquartered in Houston. The DFW operation is run by Rick Coe (here with associate Stephen Hassenflu), who may be more familiar to some of you through his years at Trammell Crow Co in Dallas.
