Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office is seeing a number of clients who are selling their buildings and moving to single-tenant, net-lease properties. VP Michael Fasano says that this has been a big plus for the office, allowing the team to strongly leverage its platform. The biggest concern among clients, Michael says, is rising interest rates; he thinks that most clients recognize that an increase is coming in December. Michael’s prediction: a rise of 25 basis points, which the market can absorb.
