TMG Continues Selling Spree

TMG Partners and Alcion Ventures LP continue their Silicon Valley selling streak, trading 3003 Bunker Hill in Santa Clara to an entity controlled and managed by Equus Capital Partners out of Philadelphia. The sale comes a little over two years after TMG bought the 80k SF building and did a huge renovation, demoing and rebuilding the interiors with upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, new restrooms and entry lobbies. The makeover got interested tenants drooling and last year 90% of the project got leased to Jasper Technologies, which will be expanding into the balance of the building in 2016. The sellers were repped by Eastdil Secured. Last month we reported on another sale by the JV team in San Jose: 2851 Junction Ave to Hines Global REIT.
