Irvine Co.’s mixed-use Monticello Apartment Homes just snagged an anchor retail tenant. Nob Hill Foods will open a 24k SF store in October at the Santa Clara development. Irvine Company Retail Properties recently added a Pressed Juicery to its list of incoming retail tenants, which also includes California Pizza Kitchen, Konjoe Burger Bar, Vitality Bowls Superfood Café and The Yellow Chilli. Nob Hill Foods is owned and operated by Raley’s Family of Fine Stores.

“This store represents ongoing expansion of the Nob Hill brand and our commitment to serving new regions of the Santa Clara Valley,” Raley’s chief operating officer Keith Knopf said.

The 825-unit master plan apartment community opened in July 2016 and offers 43k SF of retail. In addition to the retail amenities, on-site amenities include a junior Olympic-size pool and spas, a fitness center, a guest room and clubhouse, a dog wash, bike storage and shop, WiFi in common areas, a parcel delivery room with 24-hour digital access and EV charging stations.
