Game Tech Company Takes 225k SF At Lincoln Square

Game tech specialist Valve inked a lease for 225k SF in the new office tower at Lincoln Square's 1.5M SF expansion site, which is being developed by Kemper Development Co in Downtown Bellevue. With the lease of floors 11 to 19, the company will take nearly one-third of the office space available in the new 710k SF tower.

In its early days, Valve had been a Kemper tenant, but moved out as it grew. "They outgrew what we had to offer at Bellevue Place, compelling them to move, but with the new space coming online at Lincoln Square, we can welcome them back," says Kemper Development president Jim Melby.

Valve will move into the new space next spring. Other Lincoln Square Expansion office tenants include Stifel Nicolas, the wealth management and investment company, which leased the 20th floor, and former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, who leased the top floor of the office tower.
