The Lofts at the Junction Apartments, a 38-unit apartment property, sold for $9.5M to WC Seattle IV SPE LLC. Built in 2015, the apartment building is on a 3,700 SF lot at 4535 44th Ave. SW in West Seattle.

Colliers International Senior Vice President Joe Levin marketed the property and brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Lofts at The Junction LLC.

The complex is five stories and includes a rooftop deck with views of the Puget Sound. The average unit is 336 SF.

At $745/SF, the sale is West Seattle's highest price per rentable square foot on record for buildings with over 20 units, according to a Colliers statement.
