TITLE Boxing Club, a boutique boxing fitness franchise, plans to kick-start 23 new clubs in San Francisco and is seeking franchise partners. This will be the company’s first expansion into San Francisco, and follows on the heels of several other boutique fitness brands expanding in the region. The company plans to open these clubs in the coming years.

The company has over 170 clubs across the U.S. and uses a regional development model designed to guide its site selection and ramp up growth. Another 250 clubs are in development.

Its model is designed to provide infrastructure to help grow and support local market franchisees with proper operations, marketing guidance and ongoing training, TITLE Boxing Club President Susan Boresow said in a statement. The brand offers total-body boxing and kickboxing classes.

The Kansas City, Kansas-based fitness company was founded in 2008 and started franchising in 2009. Its regional development model is expected to lead to a domestic expansion of over 45 clubs in 2018.

It also has been expanding internationally with clubs in the Dominican Republic and Mexico with plans for global expansion in Canada, Panama, Colombia, Australia, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Peru, Chile, Dubai and China.
