Solar Mosaic, a residential solar platform, just signed a long-term lease at The Swig Co.’s Kaiser Center complex at 300 Lakeside Drive in Oakland. Solar Mosaic will move from its downtown location into the 28-story tower at Kaiser Center in September. The company leased about 30K SF on the 24th floor, which provides open ceilings and creative office space.

Kaiser Center is on a 7.2-acre site with a T-shaped 28-floor tower, a three-story office/retail building and a five-story, 1,339-spot parking garage. The site is WiFi-enabled and contains a rooftop garden.

CM Commercial Real Estate repped the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Ryan Hattersley repped the landlord.
