Maximus Real Estate Partners just unveiled another luxury feature to its Rincon Hill property The Harrison. A 3,500 SF private top-floor lounge dubbed Uncle Harry’s is on the 49th floor and offers 100 linear feet of windows overlooking the Bay.
Uncle Harry’s, designed by the building’s creative director and designer, Ken Fulk, offers turquoise lacquered walls with vintage and new furnishings in textures including velvet brass fretwork, black marble and distressed wood.
The lounge includes a main living room with a bar and a double-sided fireplace, a smaller private room with a dining table seating up to 14 and an adjacent catering kitchen.
Amenities at the 298-unit luxury condo tower on 401 Harrison St include 24-hour valet, a two-story Grand Salon and concierge service through The Harrison Attaché.
