Following some 10 years of planning, Millennium Partners will break ground this summer on 706 Mission, its $500M high-rise project, according to the S.F. Chronicle. The project will include condos and offices, in addition to being the future site of the Mexican Museum. The 510-foot, 44-story residential tower will house 169 luxury condos, as well as redevelopment of the historic Aronson Building next door and creation of a new space for the Mexican Museum on the first four stories of the project.
