One of the few transit-oriented mixed-use developments in San Diego County now has new owners. Rancho Santa Fe-based Pacifica Enterprises purchased BluWater Crossing, a 66-unit townhome mixed-use project at 6800 Embarcadero Ln in Carlsbad that also includes 21,500 SF of commercial space directly on the Coaster line at Poinsettia Station. The purchase price of the bulk-sold condos was undisclosed. CBRE's Jim Neil, Kevin Mulhern, Dixie Hall, Eric Comer, Merrick Matricardi and Rachel Parsons brokered the transaction.
