New Science Center Coming To OSU
Oregon State University - Cascades is getting a new state-of-the-art science center designed by Hennebery Eddy Architects. The firm, known for its design of the Hotel deLuxe’s remodel and several Nike HQ renovations, reports the science center will deliver new programming and develop new partnerships.
The Bend Science Station Learning Laboratories building is set to break ground in October and will offer science education programs for college level and K-12 students alike, according to the Portland Business Journal. Walsh Construction is the contractor and is expecting to have the project completed by September 2017. [PBJ]
