Lents Neighborhood To See More Food Carts, Pub, Apartments

A sliver of property in the Lents Town Center area is slated for development after the Portland Development Commission approved the sale to Lisac Brothers construction company last week.

The company has plans to develop the land, on the corner of SE Woodstock Avenue and SE 93rd Avenue, in two phases. The first will include a new food cart pod and a commercial building, and the second will be a market-rate apartment building, the Portland Business Journal reports.

Both parcels were sold for a total of $500k. Bringing more housing choices and new dining options to the Lents Town Center, the project is part of PDC’s five-year plan for the area. [PBJ]
