The Sugarhouse Casino In Philadelphia

SugarHouse Casino has added a $164M expansion, extending its footprint farther north along the Delaware River.

The expansion was designed by Cope Linder Architects, which also led the initial construction of the casino that finished back in 2010. The addition totals 152k SF, and includes more gaming floors and tables, slot machines, dining and entertainment. It also includes a seven-story parking garage with a capacity for 1,500 vehicles.

The parking garage's façade has been adorned with a light box display (above) as part of the City of Philadelphia's Public Art Program.
