Delirium Café To Open First US Location In Virginia

The world famous Delirium Café in Brussels, Belgium, known for its extensive beer selection, will open its first US location in Leesburg, VA.

Leesburg restaurater Curtis Allred will open the franchise, the Belgian café's fifth international location, in the next four months at 101 South King St, LoudounNow reports.

Delirium Café's Brussels flagship, above, has a selection of more than 2,000 beers and was awarded a Guinness World Record in 2004. The Leesburg location will have a slightly more modest list of roughly 300 beers, about a third of which will be Belgian brews.

The second floor of the Leesburg location, which will be available for private parties, will feature a Hoppy Loft that highlights American-style pale ales and IPAs. [LN]
