Chicago Title Is Teaming Up With An Immersive Virtual CRE Platform

Title companies are one of the less-flashy areas of real estate, but Charlotte Troup Leighton, a VP at Chicago Title (snapped above with CT’s Will Stambaugh), says that doesn’t make it any less important to push the envelope and embrace change.

And that’s not just talk either—Chicago Title is working on an “exclusive sponsorship collaboration” with CREATE, an immersive 3D property data and market research real estate mapping platform.

What’s the end game? True to Title companies well-deserved reputation for caution, Charlotte won’t say exactly, for now at least. She says Chicago will be dropping more info shortly, however.

“Title has never been 'sexy,' but the title team plays a vital role in any CRE transaction,” she says. “Customers count on us to add value and lend our expertise, and we’re focused on finding new and innovative ways to respond to our customers’ needs.”

We're thrilled Chicago Title has joined us as a founding partner of our Bisnow Beltway Bash, to be held on May 23, at 5:30pm at the Wynn's Intrigue Nightclub at ICSC RECon. We hope you'll join us. Register here!
