Behind the Project: JBG's RTC West

JBG's RTC West, newly approved by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, has been moved from Reston Town Center to Sunset Hills Road and Town Center Parkway, where there are three office buildings and a parking garage. JBG also agreed to add walkways and crosswalks to improve the site for pedestrians and transportation. So far, the 40k SF retail and restaurant destination has landed one tenant, Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant. [RN]
