Patriots Plaza's New Brokers

MEPT and advisor Bentall Kennedy have tapped CBRE's Bill Hill, Tim Lenahan, Seth Benhard, and Mark Klug to lease the Patriots Plaza office complex in Southwest DC, the firms announced yesterday. The three-building, 981k SF complex sits near the Federal Center Metro station, and is over 85% leased to GSA tenants.
