NGKF Brokers Deal for $14.5M Downtown Property

Family Matters of Greater Washington sold a downtown property to a partnership of MRP Realty and Uber Offices for $14.5M. A Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team led by senior managing director Doug Damron represented Family Matters, while MRP Realty principal Zach Wade led the partnership. The 32k SF property (pictured) is just eight blocks from the White House, putting it right in the heart of DC's action, including trendy shops, restaurants and entertainment.
