Colorado-based general contractor Hensel Phelps will open a new office near the Tysons Corner Center Metro station.

The company has signed a 30K SF lease with Lerner in the 13-story office tower at 1600 Tysons Blvd.

JLL's Brian Tucker and John Dragelin represented Lerner, while Avison Young's Dave Millard, Peter Berk and Nick Gregarios represented Hensel Phelps.

The deal follows a series of leases Lerner has signed at 1775 Tysons, including a 93K SF WeWork space. It also landed a $200M refinancing deal for that building in June, about a year after its delivery.
