Mikeone EK has purchased 2025 M St NW in the Golden Triangle area from a partnership between the Oliver Carr Co and Clark Enterprises Inc for $109M. The eight-story, 196k SF downtown DC building has 173k SF of office space, 17k SF of retail, 5,509 SF of storage, and a 4,500 SF rooftop terrace, with 242 underground parking spaces. The previous owners paid $37.9M for the property in 2001, and the current value is assessed at over $82M, Multi-Housing News reports. At the time of the sale, the property was fully leased with tenants like Kaplan, Radio Free Asia and Smith Bucklin. [MHN]
