Jim Moran, JBG's Andy VanHorn, and Corporate Executive Board CEO Tom Monahan at the groundbreaking for CEB's new 31-story tower at JBG's Central Place development. 4,000 CEB employees will shift from the firm's current space a few blocks away at Waterview when the building wraps in 2018.
