Avison Young announced a major addition to its DC office on Friday, hiring former Cassidy Turley landlord rep vets Will Stern, Jonathan Wellborn, Kate Oelschig, and Eli Barnes, as well as former Akridge VP and managing director Greg Tomasso, whom we snapped yesterday at their new 1999 K St office. The team started with the new firm on Monday, and will lead AY’s DC landlord agency practice. (Like snowflakes, no two ties at AY are the same color.)
