Bisnow Scoop:Another Tenant for Tysons Tower?

Intelsat has officially taken the reins as anchor tenant at Macerich and Hines' Tysons Tower office building. (We snapped the global satellite firm's new digs a few weeks back.) Deloitte has joined them as well in 88k SF. Could another neighbor be on the way? Sources tell us Macerich and Hines are close to leasing another full floor at the 544k SF property. The tenant is undisclosed, though we're told the mystery firm is being repped by Colliers' Chad Arnold. (Time to dust off our Chad Tracker 2000 to see where he's been.) CBRE's Jeff Roman and Erik McLaughlin are repping the owners.
