B.F. Saul submitted plans to Fairfax County to increase the density at 7926 Jones Branch Drive to allow it to replace the 260K SF building with a 450K SF office tower with retail, the Washington Business Journal reports.

The 1970s-era office building is currently occupied by bus ticketing service company iLikebus, communications company iTalkBB, software company Wide Point Corp. and Cricket Media, according to Google Maps.
