While listing the eight biggest GSA deals on the market yesterday—provided to Bisnow directly from the GSA—some astute readers might have noticed two omissions: the Transportation Security Administration and the Federal Communications Commission. (Snapped: GSA Public Buildings Service commissioner Norman Dong and Lincoln Property Co's Elaine Clancy speaking at a Bisnow event).

The reason the two agencies looking for new HQ's were left off the list is both are in a bit of limbo over protests. But considering these agencies will be on the move at some point, they're worth mentioning.

Transportation Security Administration

Size: 625k SF
Location: NoVa
Status: Lease voided by federal judge in November
Details: Looking to consolidate four offices into one by 2018

This landmark court case was our biggest DC commercial real estate story of 2015. Rather than simply give Boston Properties—which lost the initial award of the lease to Prudential Real Estate and Alexandria's Victory Center—its bid costs back, Judge Charles Lettow voided the TSA's 665k SF lease at Victory Center over the square footage of the deal. Now, the GSA could either issue another RFP for the finalists to resubmit, or could go back to the drawing board. A source involved with the talks tells Bisnow to expect some movement either way in a matter of weeks.

Federal Communications Commission

Size: 473k SF
Location: Washington, DC
Status: Pre-solicitation submission deadline was Aug. 3, 2015
Details: The FCC wants a new HQ, to move in between 2017 and 2019

There's been radio silence on this front since the pre-solicitation window closed. Bisnow's source says there's an interesting protest going on—which may explain the lack of noise—but we've been unable to confirm. What we do know is the 473k SF block of space fits with a number of under-construction developments in the city, including The Wharf.
