| We've got a final comment from our recent Philadelphia Retail Real Estate Summit at the Rittenhouse Hotel. And it comes from Regency Centers' John Hricko. John told our audience of more than 250 that Regency plans to unload many of its retail centers this year. “We're going to continue to dispose of our B and C-plus centers and try to acquire A-plus centers,” he says. John noted it's difficult for Regency to add any value to the B and C centers. So far, it has First State Plaza, a 165k SF shopping center in Delaware, on the market for an undisclosed price. |
