Dilan Investments filed paperwork with zoning to redevelop the property at 1904 Irving St NE, which is between Brookland and Woodridge. Plans call for a three-story building with 12 units, Curbed reports.

Bentone Design Build has been tasked with design for the project, which will also include 12 parking spaces.

Among the projects on tap are EdensUnion Market at 1309 Fifth St NE, Douglas Development’s massive NewCityDC project on New York Ave, and Kettler’s Market Terminal project on Morse Street[Curbed]
