What Sold at Wardman Tower

We've learned exactly what sold in JBG/CIM Group's sale of a part of the Wardman Tower at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel to North America Sekisui House. According to sources, NASH purchased the basement and floors three through eight of the historic property, clearing the way for condo development.
