Congrats to Cresa's Gene Sachs (right), who was just named vice chair of the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region. The foundation—which is the DC area's largest funder of nonprofits—is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. Gene was snapped at the org's anniversary party last week with board chair Martin Weinstein of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher and Community Foundation prez Terri Lee Freeman.
