Tom Regnell Named Chevy Chase Land CEO

Congrats to former WRIT exec Tom Regnell (in the tan suit), who has just been tapped as CEO of the Chevy Chase Land Company. Tom spent 20 years with WRIT, most recently as managing director of the firm's office division, and has also had stints with Federal Realty and Spaulding & Slye. As top dog at 124-year-old Chevy Chase Land Co, he'll oversee a firm that owns and manages a 1.5M SF portfolio, including the ongoing redevelopment of the Chevy Chase Lake community. We snapped Tom a few years back with Wells Fargo's Dante Lorenzana and WRIT colleagues Trish Jurgonis and Chris Getz.
