Penzance has locked up another tenant for its under-construction 3001 Washington Blvd in Clarendon: The Common Application inked a 22k, 10-year deal for the property. Penzance's Matt Pacinelli tells us the newly signed tenant (who'll take a full floor) will move in next summer--the building is on schedule to deliver Q1. 3001 Washington is now fully leased after nonprofit CNA signed a 175k deal last year, although its sister property--the also under-construction 80k SF 3003 Washington Blvd--remains fully available. Trimark's Russ Rowzie, along with JLL's Herb Mansinne and Bob VeShancey, repped Penzance in the deal.
