Before Bisnow's Federal Property/Public Private Partnerships Summit on Tuesday, we snapped Elysian Energy's Mariana Azaola with Prince William County's Tom Flynn. Tom says a 9,000 SF wet lab is just opening up at the county's Innovation Park. (We have a new recipe for dry rub—can we test it out there?) The county's also excited about the recent opening of the Simulation & Game Institute at George Mason U's Prince William campus.
Clark Construction's Karim Farouki and Kyle Nicholson (left, with Cardno Haynes Whaley's Craig Myers) are working on the under-construction 400 6th Street SW office building, a Trammell Crow/AFL-CIO-owned project, which is slated for completion in 2016.
