On Thursday night (when it still actually felt like spring), we stopped by Del Frisco's Grille on Pennsylvania Avenue for WRIT's annual broker appreciation dinner. Snapped here before dinner: Cushman & Wakefield's Kevin McGloon, Rossi Commercial Real Estate's Brian Rossi, WRIT's Phil Dickinson, and Rossi's Bill Wanatosky. (We didn't even ask them to line up by tie color, subdivided by height. Just nature running its course.)

Colliers' Keith Lavey, WRIT's Jason Alexander, and NGKF's Susan Sonley. Last year, Keith helped put NIH in one of WRIT's Rockville buildings, while Susan repped IT firm Ntiva in a deal at WRIT's under-renovation 7900 Westpark Dr in Tysons.
