Forbes' annual billionaires list is out, and the DC-area real estate community is represented once again. Nats owner and Lerner Enterprises patriarch Ted Lerner checked in at #354 with $4.2B, while Saul Centers CEO Frank Saul II (whom we snapped a few years back) came in at #764 with $2.3B. Host Hotels chairman Richard Marriott shared the 764 spot with Frank, as he's also valued at $2.3B; his brother (and Marriott chairman) Bill is listed at #796 with $2.2B.
