Attention apartment owners, developers, and investors: The Northern Virginia Apartment Association (NVAA) executive director Barbara Duncan reminds you to clear your calendars March 18 for the Northern Virginia Apartment Summit at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. In association with George Mason University’s Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship, it will include apartment market forecasts as well as an examination of the operational trends that are keeping pace with the nation’s hottest real estate sector. The afternoon will feature various breakout sessions and best practices in green building management. Keynote speakers include Delta Associates' Greg Leisch and National Multi-Housing Council’s Caitlin Sugrue Walter. Workshops feature “Affordable Housing” with A.J. Johnson (A.J.
