Before our Tysons event on Friday, we snapped Avison Young's Chip Ryan and CBRE's Chris Soucie. Chip tells us he just helped broker the $50.5M sale of Campus Commons, a two-building, 240k SF office complex in Reston, to Walton Street Capital.

GGP's Rich Dinning, GM of Tysons Galleria, says it's been a busy start to 2013 for the mega-mall: PAUL Bakery and men's clothier Zilli opened new locations this month, and wine bar Vino Volo, Joe's Jeans, and a J. Crew men's shop will all open new stores by the end of Q2.

Wells Fargo's Paul Deschamps, Hickok Cole's Robert Holzbach, and RJS Realty Services' Bob Stoddard. Paul says his team is working on several re-fis on existing assets in Tysons.

No Tysons event would be complete without either Cushman & Wakefield's Moe Hamilton orDavis, Carter, Scott's Robert Atkinson.
