Earlier this week, we were proud to honor Steve Fuller with not only our latest Bizzy award, but also a donation to an organization close to his heart: the DC/MD/VA chapter of the Lupus Foundation. Before the event, we found O'Neill Realty Advisors' Andrew O'Neill and father-daughter team Hannah Traul and Jackson Prentice of Jackson Prentice Real Estate. Hannah and Jackson are marketing for sale a 32k SF site just north of the future DC United stadium at Buzzard Point.

Friendly competitors Nicholas Vivas of HITT and Louie Sarracino of DPR Construction, who both say they're working on interior build-outs. (We wonder if it's the same building, and they won't realize it til they both go to hammer the same nail. Comedy gold.)
