Kilpatrick Townsend DC managing partner Steve Baskin tells us the DC office has grown to 75 lawyers and is now the second largest office in the firm. The merger in 2011 added a number of West Coast offices, and its appointment of DC-based partner Paul Aguggia as chairman this past June is the first time the firm has ventured outside of Atlanta to crown a king (Kilpatrick acquired Paul's boutique firm, Muldoon Murphy & Aguggia in 2008).
