Greg and Sandy: Where Are They Now?

No, this is not the Goldman Sachs corporate board, but an inner sanctum this morning at NGKF where fearless number gurus Greg Leisch and Sandy Paul, last seen at Delta Associates, are now applying their acumen developing the brokerage’s research platform (with the help of teammates Marianne Skorupski and Richard Smith). They’ll be creating client publications and events, and, to ward off withdrawal, already have on the drawing board white papers on Office Space Obsolescence, The Modern Office, Trophy Office Properties and The Repurposing of Office Assets. But no library setting for these folks now that they’re ensconced with brokers—we saw Greg out and about last night at CREBA, and soon we predict they’ll have putters instead of printers on that cabinet behind them.
