EFO Capital Management's Jim Epstein is partial to 21 Dupont Circle, since the 1970 building "remains as fresh and modern as when it was first built." Jim says the design holds up since the architects, George Hartman and Warren Cox, created a courtyard space while not giving up any FAR allotted to them.
CBRE's Mark Klug is a fan of Douglas Development's Arch Square, which sits next to the Chinatown Arch and has been given a makeover in recent years. It's now the site of a three-story Walgreens.
