Cresa, West Lane Promotions

Cresa and West, Lane & Schlager have each announced big personnel moves. First up: Cresa managing principal Rich Rhodes (whom we snapped a few weeks back playing with his band, Seven Car Pile Up), was announced yesterday as chair of the firm's board of directors. Rich, who's been with Cresa since 1984, will serve a one-year term, with the possibility of an extension for a second year.

At West Lane, Ed Laycox(third from left) has just been hired as AVP in the firm's investment services group, while Matt Levin and Ganon Rich(far right) have each been promoted to SVP. Clark Turner(second from left) has been promoted to AVP, and Andrew Genova(third from right) has been promoted to senior associate. The guys were snapped this morning with Tommy Fuge (far left), who also recently joined the firm as an associate.
